We are seeking a motivated individual to serve as a full-time estimator for both our Civil Construction projects and our Rail Construction projects. 

Project Estimator and Manager Type: Civil, Railroad Construction, Underground Utilities, Sewer, Septic Systems, Pipeline Cleaning and Televising.

Complete Budgeting and Scheduling for projects and track same. Monitor progress, requisition change orders and identify potential risks.

Maintain relationships with sub-contractors and clients. Meet with potential clients to discuss options for proposed services/

Insure that site personnel are provided with proper documentation related to projects.

Provide and maintain unit pricing and data base for material and labor costing.

Apply for necessary permits

QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE

Previous experience estimating projects between $5,000 and $4,000,000.

Experience with Estimating Software and Excel Spreadsheet Design.

Ability to use CAD is a plus but not required

Graduate from a recognized engineering or construction management program is an asset.

Minimum 3 years experience in the Construction Field in similar or related position.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year

Looking for a full time driver for our Peterbilt and lowbed. Position involves making various trailering moves with both lowbed and dump trailer.

No vactor experience necessary but definitely a plus. Some general truck driving experience required.

Excavating Contractor looking for a driver for a Tri-Axle / Six Wheel / Ten Wheel Dump truck and 25-ton tag trailer to deliver materials and equipment.

CDL A preferred, but B is fine. Hoisting license / ability to operate machines is a big plus.
