New Septic Installations
When your property needs a new septic system installed or replaced you can count on Podgurski Corporation to make it easy for you.
We have completed major septic projects for some of the largest commercial companies in New England.
Title 5 regulations require a percolation (perk) test to verify the grounds are appropriate for the system. Podgurski will recommend an engineer to complete the perk test and design the new system. We obtain all the necessary approvals from government agencies and provide you with a comprehensive estimate.
Upon approval of the estimate, we install the new system or replace the failed one. We can then restore your grounds to their original design or any design you’d like, including landscaping, and replacement of trees.
Sewer and Water Connections

Pump Installation and Repair
Pump Chambers are tanks equipped with pumps that move wastewater (effluent), from septic tanks to a leaching area. It is important to inspect these chambers every other time the septic tank is pumped to prevent a buildup of scum. Such buildup could suffocate the pump or cause scum to be pumped into the leaching area, which would adversely affect the pump’s functionality.
